This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our commitments. We’ve designed it to be fair to both you and our small business—no hidden clauses, no restocking fees (in most cases), and no runaround.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for eligible products. After 30 days, we cannot process returns except for manufacturer defects (see Warranty section below).

Return Reasons – What We Cover
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)
If any of these happen, we pay return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement:

Damaged during transit – Cracked bottles, crushed powders, broken brushes. Take photos of the damage before disposing of the product.

Manufacturing defect – Wrong consistency, strange odor, color mismatch from advertised photos, faulty applicator.

Wrong item shipped – You ordered “Goddess Glow” dip powder but received “Midnight Sapphire.”

Missing items – Your order confirmation shows 5 items but only 4 arrived.

2. Changed Your Mind / No Longer Needed (Customer’s Preference)
You can return unused products for any reason within 30 days of delivery. However, return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless combined with a damaged item).
Requirements for “change of mind” returns:

How to process a change-of-mind return:

Restocking fee: None for most products. However, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if returned items show obvious signs of use (e.g., dip powder jars with powder missing, brushes with residue).
3. Allergic Reaction or Skin Sensitivity
Your safety matters most. If you experience a rash, swelling, itching, or other reaction within 48 hours of using a Kawaii Nails product:

Note: We cannot refund if the reaction occurred because you ignored usage warnings (e.g., applying lash adhesive to eyelids instead of lashes, using wax on irritated skin). Our team will review each case individually.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges (you return one item and we send another). Instead:

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged during shipping or defective):

Warranty – Beyond 30 Days
Most products carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., dip powder that hardens in the jar, acrylic monomer that discolors, top coat that becomes stringy).
What the warranty covers:

International Returns
International customers (outside the United States) have the same 30-day return window. However:
