Order Processing Time
Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Example: Order placed Wednesday at 2 PM MST → Ships by Friday. Order placed Friday at 6 PM MST → Ships by Tuesday (Monday if not a holiday).
Expedited processing: Not available. All orders follow the same 1–2 day processing queue. Choosing expedited shipping (e.g., Priority Mail) affects transit time only, not how quickly we pack your order.
Peak season processing (November–December, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day): May extend to 3–4 business days due to order volume. We post banners on our website during these periods.

APO / FPO Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days (sometimes longer due to military logistics). Please ensure you include the full APO/FPO address with unit and box numbers. We cannot use UPS/FedEx to these addresses.

We do not collect these fees at checkout. Your local customs office will contact you for payment before releasing your package. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:

Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipping. If your tracking number shows “Label Created” for more than 3 business days, contact us.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
A package may be returned to us for these reasons:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit (Carrier Error)
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package after 48 hours, follow these steps:

Check with neighbors, front desk, or building management

Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan prematurely)

Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a lost package claim

We will assist with the investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either:

Stolen After Delivery
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your porch, mailbox, or lobby after delivery is confirmed by tracking. To protect yourself:

Route Package Protection
We offer Route – a third-party package protection service – at checkout for an additional fee (typically 0.98–2.98 per order). Route covers:

To file a Route claim: Use the Route app (link in your shipping confirmation email) or go to route.com/claims. Claims are typically resolved within 2–3 business days.
If you decline Route, you assume all risk of loss or theft after delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, torn bag, leaking contents):

Hazardous Materials
Certain products cannot be shipped internationally or via air carriers due to flammability or pressurized contents:

P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you provide a P.O. box, we will automatically select USPS as the carrier (may be slower).
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We cannot split a single order into multiple shipping addresses. If you need products sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Change of Address After Order
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
